Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our secure payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Order acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including but not limited to:

• pricing errors
• stock issues
• suspected fraud or misuse

Subscriptions

Subscription products are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

If a subscription is not cancelled before renewal, the next billing cycle will be processed and is non-refundable.

Custom blends

Custom blend products are created based on customer selections and preferences.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, they are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their selections are correct before purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including branding, design, images, and written content, is the property of Luxspice and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
