Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Shipping costs

UK delivery is a flat £3.65 on standard orders of individual spice jars. FREE UK delivery is included with our official bundle products — the Mix & Match 6 Jar Pack, the Mix & Match 10 Jar Pack, Custom Blend packs and any other LuxSpice bundle deal. Any exclusions are stated on the product page.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon.

Dispatch confirmation

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
