Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, which include food and consumable goods, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email orders@luxspice.co.uk with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photographic evidence where applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refund process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Custom blends
Custom blend products are made to your specifications and are considered personalised items.
These are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their selections are correct before purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Refusal of refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
